Starting as early as at least 2022-10-26, users may experience a significant performance degradation when enabling HTTP/3 on their sites. Users are advised to disable HTTP/3 for better performance.
Update: Improvements have been made to HTTP/3 performance recently that greatly reduce the impact of this regression.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating
Workers with a free tier plan are getting request rate limited sooner than the documented 100,000 requests/day limit: https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/platform/limits/ . Workers hitting this limit will either return a Cloudflare 1027 error page or fail open to an origin (depending on what's configured). Impact started at 2024-10-10 18:13:00 UTC and could continue until 2024-10-12 19:00:00 UTC.
